Important customer information about our warranty conditions.

The following warranty conditions apply exclusively, as of 01/03/2025.

These replace the warranty conditions in the operating instructions.

If you wish to claim on the guarantee, please use the guarantee form below. Fill out the form completely and upload the original proof of purchase, which must include the date of purchase and the product name. We therefore recommend that you keep your proof of purchase carefully until the end of the warranty period. After we have requested it by email, send the product to our address provided in the email.

The following warranty form is only valid for consumers and only for STEINEL products purchased and used in Germany.

If you have not purchased or used your STEINEL product in Germany, or if you are not a consumer as defined by the German Civil Code, please contact our sales partners or your contact person.
